About us
We started our Photography business in 2000 and have specialised in Wedding Photography in Edinburgh and throughout Scotland since then, with a bias towards a more relaxed, informal style, giving people photographs that show what happened on their day, combined with more dramatic photographs of the couple. Of course, we also include group photographs.
So far, Eight of our weddings have been featured in the Magazine, 'Real Life Weddings'- the other half of the Scottish Wedding Directory. No photographer has had more weddings than this featured in this high profile Scottish Wedding Magazine.
Our approach means you would get much more meaningful photographs in terms of remembering the day and it also means you have much more time with your guests. Some photographers will use all the available time for posed photographs, so your guests, many of whom will have come a long way to see you end up with no more than a couple of sentences in a receiving line.
Even before we specialised in Weddings, we loved Portrait Photography. Again, our emphasis is on recording how people are and their interactions, rather than photos of exactly posed groups, smiling insincerely into the camera. We enjoy photographing Children and Families, as well as model portfolios and individual shoots. We can take the photos in our Studio, in your home or at a location such as a beach or wood.
